Finding it's new home in the Joseph L. Mooney Theater in 1967, Horlick Theater is committed to producing both classic and contemporary works, giving full voice to a wide range of talents and visions.  The mission of Horlick Theater is made up of four guiding principals.   By dedicating itself to three guiding principles--quality, diversity, education, and community--Horlick Theatre seeks to be the premier educational theater organization in Racine, providing productions and programs that make an essential contribution to the quality of life in our city.

 

Horlick Theater has been bringing great educational theater to Racine for over 50 years.

Horlick Theater also brings great extra curricular productions to the stage, with past productions including INTO THE WOODS, LES MISERABLES, PARADE, PETER PAN, THE WIZARD OF OZ, THE CRUCIBLE, THE CURIOUS SAVAGE, HAIRSPRAY! , THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, ONCE UPON A MATTRESS and this year we continued our tradition of excellent educational theater with PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, THE SOUND OF MUSIC and YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN!

Our 2017-18  Season will produce four wonderful productions:

Thornton Wilder's Classic Drama - OUR TOWN

That mischievous monkey - CURIOUS GEORGE AND THE GOLDEN MEATBALL

Our 2018 National Performing Arts Festival competition piece - INTO THE WOODS

Everyone's favorite green ogre - SHREK THE MUSICAL
